[Updated] Daily points incentives for all driver-partners

Dear driver-partners,

The Gojek team has been closely monitoring market conditions since the Circuit Breaker was lifted. Since 17 July, we’ve introduced a refreshed way for all driver-partners to earn more in the form of points incentives from Friday to Sunday.

As businesses continue to pick up across the nation, we see added opportunities to reward you for your efforts and assure you of stable earnings on our platform.

That is why from 3 August 2020, the following changes will be made to help you maximise your earnings:

  • Points will be awarded for trips completed EVERY DAY from Monday to Sunday, on top of the existing weekly service fee loyalty rebates.
  • Friday PM peak hours will start earlier at 5PM (previously 6PM).

Every points target tier gives you incentives equal to the total amount of points accumulated multiplied by the bonus per point.

All you need to do is accumulate more than or equal to the points targets and achieve the daily performance requirement of 80%.

Example
Mr Lim accumulated 45 points and achieved a performance of 85%. He has hit the tier 2 target of 40 points.

Total bonus incentive = 45 x $0.50 = $22.50

NOTE: You will not be able to see this incentive scheme in your Driver app. However, you will still be able to see and track the points that you have accumulated daily from 1AM – 12:59AM to qualify for the incentives.

Points structure

Our points per trip system still ensures that you get rewarded for trips that require more effort, such as long distance trips of more than or equal to 15KM.
